Group Homes On January 11, 2008, members of the Marquette community gathered at Upfront & Company to listen to the captivating sounds of Blue Grass music performed by Chasin’ Steel in a benefit concert for Teaching Family Homes. Chasin'
Steel is a traditionally structured four-piece bluegrass group with the majority of their songs featuring the banjo, mandolin, guitar and acoustic bass with three and four part harmonies.
The graciousness of our sponsors, which included Chasin’ Steel, Upfront & Company, Richardson Jewelers, Jandron’s Fine Jewelry, Younkers, Starbucks, and Sayklly’s Confectionary, made this event possible for us and we are fortunate to have such generous support. Through our community, it’s members, businesses and talent, we have witnessed the level of commitment there is to work together to give our children hope.
